Author Patricia Ress has written a book about how to create an inexpensive time machine. I will try to buy the book and give you all a review about how good it is. Sounds exciting. Personally I think that Steven Gibbs is a genius to create the HDR.
Steven Gibbs Hyper Dimensional Resonator is basically a radionics device that employs a powerful electromagnet to create the Gibbs Effect.
